We had a very spacious apartment (#5) with everything we needed. The small balcony did not have a direct sea view, but we had shade all day and could use it in the midday heat. The beach area by the sea is very large with enough artificial shade and loungers. You can go to the sea via a small staircase and it goes in relatively flat, unlike in many other houses. So also well suited for the elderly and smaller children. I also liked the shaded seating on the terrace to eat or play games. There is a small supermarket and 2 very good restaurants nearby (within walking distance). You have to walk a short distance on the road here.

Quiet place, perfect background – a garden with a jetty equipped with deckchairs, benches and sun protection. The owners are very accommodating. Swimming, paddleboarding, bike and boat rides to places and beaches inaccessible by car. 100% satisfaction.

I had a penthouse apartment on the left side of the 45 m2 building. Large living room with bedroom, kitchen and bathroom The sea view was fantastic. The apartment has everything you need for your vacation. Fully equipped kitchen with gas-electric stove. There is a large fridge freezer. Flat screen TV which I did not turn on even once during the stay because the view through the window was much better. Efficient air conditioning. The apartment is well located, It is close to Lopar, Rab and Kalifront. There is a private beach next to the apartment. Next to the Paradise beach, at Livacina Beach, you can rent a boat for 600 kunas for the whole day and sail on the Lopru bays and on Goli Otok and St. Grgur. I borrowed twice was great.
